No. We only ship in Europe.
When can I expect my order?
Order will be processed after the payment will be received to our company bank account. Order processing time after receiving the order will be 1-3 working days. During which the product will be posted to you unless otherwise agreed. From thereon shipping time can be seen when choosing your favourite shipping option at the checkout.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, From 180 €, delivery of products to countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland) is free of charge if the buyer chooses a DPD parcel machine (Postnord Mypack) as the choice of transport. (NB! This is subject to change based on future discounts and offerings)

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel the order, send us a request to cancel the order by e-mail email@example.com.
Can I change my order if I have already paid for it?
If you notice an error in the order, you can change the order immediately after placing it.

NB! Order cannot be changed after it has been shipped towards you.
How does paying with vat 0 works?
When ordering Products from a company that is subject to VAT in another European Union country, can be ordered with 0% VAT.
To do this, follow these steps:
Add the desired products to the shopping cart and go to the “Checkout” page.
Fill in all fields for payer information.
NB! In the “VAT nr check” box, enter the VAT number.
Fill in all required fields for your information.
When the fields are filled in, the order will be displayed in the amount “VAT (0%): 0.00 €
Do I have to register to place an order?
You do not have to. You can order products both as a guest and as a registered customer.
What are the payment options?
In the MyBeauty24.eu online store, the customer can pay for the goods with the following payment methods:
– as an advance payment to the current account of MyBeauty24 OÜ (requisites on the account)
– directly via the bank link to the Paysera account
– by credit or debit card.
Can I pay by invoice?
Can I return a product I have purchased?
Products in stock have a fourteen (14) day right of return. Products returned have to be in closed (not opened) and in original packaging.
When will I be reimbursed for the product I have returned?
Within 14 working days when the goods have returned to our warehouse.
Are all products returnable?
No. Cosmetics and hair products with open packages are not refundable. Also, products whose use (or non-use) cannot be controlled are not refundable. For example, mascaras with shelf life that are relatively short and depend directly on the opening time of the product.
Are the products sold at the MyBeauty24 online store originals?
All goods sold in the MyBeauty24 e-shop are original branded products. Trafficking in counterfeit products is a criminal offence punishable by law and we do not engage in it.
Are all the products brand new (unopened)?
All goods sold in the MyBeauty24 e-shop are brand new. The shelf life and safe use of products are regulated by the Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 / EC.
Why are the products so cheap here?
We can offer products at a discount price because we import 40% of the product range and we buy goods directly from brand representatives or manufacturers from different countries around the world. Therefore, we can always offer you the best prices.
Is VAT displayed online?
Businesses from outside Estonia who are liable for VAT can purchase goods from us without VAT by adding a foreign address and then a VAT / TAX code to their questionnaire. If you have a VAT number added, all prices will automatically be displayed to you in our e-catalogue without VAT even before adding to the shopping cart.
