RefectoCil Eyelash Lifter

The new Eyelash Lifter is designed to allow easy lifting and a precise separation of lashes during a lash treatment with RefectoCil Eyelash Lift.

The tool will help professionals to apply lashes on RefectoCil Lifting Pad. The pointed tip in steel is perfect to isolate and place lashes before applying the Lash perm. At the other end is a brush which can be used before and after the treatment.
