ORDERING
- Choose the products you like by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Adding a shopping cart does not oblige the customer to make a purchase. If the product cannot be added to the shopping cart or the shopping cart button is not displayed, the product is currently unavailable. Information on product availability can be requested by e-mail or telephone. Usually, these products arrive at the warehouse in the near future and then it is possible to order them again.
2. You can change the number of different products in the shopping cart by changing the number after the product + -; “0” (deletes) and clicking the “Update” link at the bottom to confirm.
3. To place an order, click on the “Place an order” link, after which you will be directed to the “billing details” selection page, where you must fill in the consignee’s data / address / contact details /.
Be sure to choose the country where you want to receive the goods.
4. If you would like to add a comment, it is possible to do in the box below the same (checkout) page.
5. On the Transport Selection page, select the most appropriate method from the desired / suggested options.
6. You can also select the payment method from the page (Bank link / Bank transfer /ESTO / ).
7. You can confirm the order by clicking the “Confirm order” link.
8. A confirmation of the submitted order will also be sent to your e-mail address together with the invoice.
9. The sales contract between MyBeauty24 OÜ and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable according to the order confirmation to the current account of MyBeauty24 OÜ.
10 By placing an order and making a payment in the MyBeauty24 e-shop, the customer confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.
ORDER
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- The order will be fulfilled after the payment is received to our company’s bank account
- To confirm the order, an invoice for the order will be sent to your e-mail address.
- The time for fulfilling the order is 1-5 working days after receipt of the payment, during which the product is mailed to you, unless otherwise agreed.
- If the product is not in stock, the shipping time will be extended by the time of ordering the product, of which the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
- If the customer orders the product and its stock is positive at the moment, but the same product was purchased at the same time or before the money is credited to our company’s account, the customer will be refunded on the day of cancellation or the day after.
- If the customer agrees to wait for the delivery time that is agreed, the money will not be returned and the product will be sent to the customer as soon as the above has arrived at the warehouse of MyBeauty24 OÜ.
