DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. The seller completes and mails the order to the current account of MyBeauty24 OÜ after receiving the advance payment. Orders are mailed on working days (M-F) and handed over for delivery to the logistics partner of MyBeauty24 OÜ.
2. MyBeauty24 OÜ’s logistics partners in delivering orders are:
– DPD Eesti AS
– DHL
3. If the seller fails to complete the products requested by the customer, the seller shall contact the customer to agree on a replacement or compensation for the product.
4. If the shipment is delayed for any reason, a suitable delivery time will be agreed with the Buyer.
5. In order to deliver without delay, the Customer must carefully check the data entered for delivery.
NB! We always do our best, but are not responsible for problems and costs due to the speed of delivery.
6. When ordering salon furniture, a representative of MyBeauty24 OÜ may contact the Buyer to specify the mode of transport.
7. When ordering goods outside the Baltic States, the Buyer must choose a suitable mode of transport.
8. Delivery time depends on the country of destination and the selected delivery method.
9. Large consignments weighing more than 31.5 kg or with a volume of more than 0.126 m3 are delivered to the destination and the Buyer must ensure that the consignment can be unloaded.
10. “Door-to-door” transport means that the Buyer arranges the receipt and delivery of the goods to the premises.
NB! The ordered furniture is not suitable for parcel machines! If you order furniture (large salon furniture), choose delivery by courier or base!
DELIVERY TIME AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
DPD courier delivery:
IN FINLAND:
Shipments are delivered to the Helsinki area within 2-6 working days, elsewhere in Finland within 2-10 working days. The maximum permissible weight of the packages is 31.5 kg / 0.126 m3. The delivery time of DPD Eesti AS must be assumed. Shipments exceeding 31.5 kg / 0.126 m3 require an additional charge. Shipments are delivered to the place of unloading and the customer must ensure that unloading is possible at the designated address. The courier service does not include delivery of the shipment to the indoor premises and additional floors. Shipments within Finland are delivered on working days in Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo.
The courier has no obligation to call the recipient of the order in advance.
IN ESTONIA AND THE BALTIC STATES:
The package will arrive in 1-4 days. Standard shipments up to 31.5 kg / 0.126 cbm will be delivered to the recipient. Larger shipments are delivered to the place of unloading, where the customer must ensure that the shipment can be unloaded. The courier service does not include delivery of the shipment to the indoor premises and additional floors.

In Finland, the parcel machines of our logistics partner DPD EESTI AS are called Postnord / Mypack.
Select the appropriate Postnord / Mypack parcel machine from the list. The parcel machine code is sent to the customer’s mobile phone via SMS upon arrival of the parcel. Shipments will be delivered to the Helsinki area within 2-4 working days, the rest to Finland within 2-6 working days.
IN ESTONIA AND THE BALTIC STATES:
The package will arrive in 2-4 days. All DPD parcel machines are located outdoors. You can pick up your parcel from the DPD parcel machine 24 hours a day, regardless of the day of the week. The most environmentally friendly parcel delivery. The delivered packages are carbon neutral, for everyone and at no extra charge. The parcel machine code is sent to the customer’s mobile phone via SMS upon arrival of the parcel
OUTSIDE THE BALTIC STATES:
We use the parcel machines “DPD Pickup” of our logistics partner DPD EESTI AS, which is also called “Mypack”
All parcel machines are located outdoors. You can pick up your parcel from the DPD parcel machine 24 hours a day, regardless of the day of the week. The most environmentally friendly parcel delivery. The delivered packages are carbon neutral, for everyone and at no extra charge. The parcel machine code is sent to the customer’s mobile phone via SMS upon arrival of the parcel. The parcel arrives in different countries in an average of 5-15 working days.
NB! The ordered furniture is not suitable for parcel machines! If you order furniture (large salon furniture), choose delivery by courier or base!
DHL COURIER DELIVERY:
In the DHL Transport option, the delivery time in business days is displayed separately for each country. Generally 3 – 8 working days.

Delivery costs in Finland
Delivery price DPD courier for door max. 31.5 kg is € 14.95 (including VAT).
Postnord Mypack parcel machine max. 30 kg is 8.30 € (includes VAT)
We use EUR pallets for transporting larger quantities and ordered furniture.
1 x EUR pallet delivery price 87.84 € (VAT included)
Subsequent deliveries without delivery costs.
