Thanks to the reliable battery power you can concentrate on the cut and thus run up even at high performance. This hair cutter has a light, small yet high capacity lithium ion rechargeable battery. The loss of capacity during repeated use is lower than with a Ni-MH battery.

The highly modern, ultra-fast 2.0 linear motor from Panasonic enables you a finer finish in one step, because it retains the speed even with thick hair. The magnetic hovering technology cuts with 10,000 movements per minute for a powerful and uniform cut.

Standard hair cutting machines reduce the blade’s range of motion when cutting thick hair, while WAS results in lower cutting power. Panasonic’s Constant Control feature on hair clippers ensures consistent performance and blade movement to ensure maximum performance and even cutting – even in areas where hair is denser.
More exact adjustment wheel with 0.2 mm gradation for precise cutting heights
The cutting lengths from 0.8 to 2.0 mm (0.2 mm gradation) can be easily adjusted without the comb attachment, so that you can adjust the length during cutting with one hand.
4 attachment combs for different lengths of hair
8 cutting lengths with 4 comb attachments enable cutting of different hair lengths (3/4 mm, 6/9 mm, 12/15 mm, 19/25 mm) and are compatible with the ER-DGP86, the ER-DGP84 and the ER-DGP74, ER-DGP65. The combs are supplied with a special holder for clean storage.
“X-tap 2.0” blade reliably captures hair and prevents slipping
The specially designed X-tapper blade 2.0 captures and cuts hair reliably. In contrast to conventional blades, which often do not catch all hairs, a particularly thorough result is achieved.
DLC 2.0 and TiN coating for long-lasting sharp blades
The coating of diamond-like carbon (DLC) 2.0 is about 3.4 times harder than traditional coatings. In combination with a titanium nitride coating (TiN), it ensures that the blades are twice as long-lasting as stainless steel and remain permanently sharp.
Sharp 45º blades ensure smooth, clean cuts
The blades are particularly durable and cut precisely due to the traditional Japanese blade technology, which is used exclusively in Panasonic hair trimmers and hair cutting machines. The 45° blades enable a smooth, clean cut that meets the strict requirements of professionals.
